7th grade Guidance Counselor Ms. Nickerson loves her job here at Lawrence, and she loves the teachers and staff. When she was 17 she took a psychology course that made her want to get into this field of work. Ms. Nickerson’s favorite part of her job is when she gets to see kids succeed and really be the best they can be like Ashley S. Ms. Nickerson’s likes helping kids in anyway she can. This is Ms. Nickerson’s first year teaching here, but she didn’t come here not knowing anyone. Mrs. O’Connell was Ms. Nickerson’s 8th grade English teacher but back then she was known as Miss Mezzano. Now she gets to work with Mrs. O’Connell as a colleague, which is pretty cool.
Ms. Nickerson loves her job here at Lawrence as the seventh grade guidance counselor.  She was very nice when we interviewed her.  Ms. Nickerson is a nice, funny, and is very kind to everyone.  She has beautiful brunette/red curly hair and she in her 30’s but looks she’s in her 20’s . Every time I see Ms. Nickerson in the corridor, she gives me a hug, and she’s always in a happy mood. She loves seeing kids succeed in their lives, and when people are happy, she’s happy.
Ms. Nickerson honestly loves 90’s hip hop and R&B, but she loves all music. Ms. Nickerson’s favorite thing to do out of school is to spend time with her family do “kid stuff,” like bring her son to basketball. She likes to relax. Her favorite season is summer, and she loves going to the beach.

Nice article! I learned a lot about our Guidance Counselor after reading it! I think you could work a little bit more on piecing together your sentences and paragraphs so they follow the same subjects; I thought some of your sentences seemed kind of random in the overall story. All in all, this was a good and informative story, though!
