Snowboarder Red Gerard won the first U.S Gold of the 2018 Winter Olympics doing slope style. When Red Gerard won gold he became the youngest snowboarder in Olympic history to ever win a gold medal since 1928 at only 17. It came down to his third and final run, and he did deliver scoring an amazing 87.16 beating two Canadians named Max Parrot and Max Mcmorris who came up with silver and bronze.
